I declared 2020 my glow up year. I decided it was finally time for me to join a gym and take my health more seriously.

In all seriousness, I am happy at the no pressure slow and steady progress I have been making at the gym. But I am ready to take it up a notch, by improving my diet.

My Weight Loss Goals

Losing the last of my baby weight, having more energy to keep up with my 2 year old and 8 month old, and sleeping better at night are on top of my health goals. So I am super excited to dive into this book, break all the rules and always eat after 7 pm. I will post an update next week! Stay tuned!
