She struggled and struggled to get her leg over but she didn’t give up until she was out.
She had no clue how far the fall was.
She had no idea that she could possibly get hurt.
All she knew was that she wanted to get out so she figured out how and didn’t stop until she did.
I was freaking out. She was fearless.
Damn near gave me a heart attack watching. But I let her. I wanted to encourage her bravery and problem-solving skills. Skills she will need as a child. Skills she will need as an adult.
Adults we are funny. We grow up. Put up walls. Get fearful. Let others opinions get in our head and totally derail us off the path of who we were meant to be.
We let fear take over our minds, our actions, and our lives and we live lives that make us unhappy because fear has us stuck to act.
The only limit is you. You can be brave and fearless.
Did you know the phrase “do not be afraid” is written 365 times in the bible? 365 times.
That’s a daily reminder for every day of the year to trust in our creator and His plan for us and not to be fearful.
Imagine, if you were as fearless as a child, what would you accomplish?
What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail?
What is one thing you have always wanted to do or be, but let fear stop you?
